1. How long will it take me to receive my first issue? The recipient should receive the first issue within 4-10 weeks. This is the standard magazine subscription industry time period to receive the first issue. When you place your order, it takes one to two weeks for the publisher to receive your order. Your subscription is then added to the next publishing cycle. For example, if you placed your order in February, and the March issue has already been sent out. You could expect to receive your first issue in April.
2. How can you set your prices so low? Since we only sell a few of the top titles we can focus on negotiating special low prices with America's top magazine publishers. Since we are able to sell a large number of subscriptions we are awarded with special rates. In return we pass the savings back to you.
3. Can I renew my subscription(s) with you? Yes you can! Make sure you input the name and address exactly as it appears on your current magazine subscription label, and select the renewal option when you check out.
4. Is ordering online safe? Yes! We have upgraded our encryption servers in order to ensure the highest level of security possible.
5. Can I order a magazine subscription as a gift? Not only can you order subscriptions as a gift, but ChristmasSubscriptions.com will send out a customized gift card free of charge announcing your gift.
6. Does ChristmasSubscriptions.com automatically renew my subscription? No. We will never renew any of your subscriptions with out your consent. Once your subscription is about to expire we will simply send you an email at which time you can accept or decline to renew your subscription.
7. Does ChristmasSubscriptions.com sell my email address? Absolutely not! We will never sell your information to any third party. Your email address will only be used for communication and customer service purposes.

9. Can I receive a refund for a magazine subscription I don't like? Yes you can. The refund will be based on how many issues you had received. However, after 6 months no refund will be given.
10. Can I order a subscription outside of the US? No. As of right now we can not send any magazine subscription outside of the US. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers, and are currently working to establish a way to send magazine subscriptions outside of the US.
11. We just moved to another location, and we want to change our address what do we do? Call our email us with your old and new mailling address, and we will take care of all the address changes with the publisher on your behalf.
